Over $12,000 of the money raised has been distributed to the local community. The major beneficiaries being: - Winchelsea Primary School
- Winchelsea Golf Club
- Winchelsea CFA
- Hesse Rural Health
- Helen Mary Kininmonth Kindergarten
- Winchelsea Senior Citizens Club
Donations of over $9,000 made to the broader Community include: - Australian Lions Foundation
- Victorian Lions Foundation
- Lions Sight First
- Haemophilia Association
- Lions Foundation, including Eye Health, Cord Blood, Spinal Cord Fellowship and Hearing Dogs
Especially pleasing this year was a first for the Winchelsea Lions, where a sponsored Walk to Wurdale was held with a specific donation in mind. The total raised was forwarded to the Mater Medical Research Group for Prostate Cancer Research.
